Michael Emma worked for the Law Offices of Henry & Ross P.C. from 1984-1986 in Houston Texas as a Law Clerk. His responsibilities started with interviewing clients, conducting discovery, and filing lawsuits. Quickly, he moved forward in assisting in negotiations with insurance companies for injury victims. Before leaving the firm, he represented several professional athletes. Washington Redskin's Super Bowl Champion Darrell Green was one of them.
Deciding to move back to Boston in 1987, he joined the Law firm of Sims and Sims to concentrate on more specific legal disciplines. Now, his focus was on Personal Injury Law and Workman's Compensation. But coming back to Texas was still on his mind.
Sure enough, Mr. Emma moved to Dallas Texas to start the Law Offices of Joseph Malley P.C. in the late 1980's. After taking the Texas State Bar in November of 1990, he decided to start his own Law firm in Dallas.
The Law Offices of Michael Emma have been open ever since that time, working to recover millions of dollars for accident victims. He is licensed to practice law in two states, and represents victims and families that have been injured in accidents due to someone else's negligence.
